All members of CCG are covered by the following Privacy Policy. CCG reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. If required, or it is in our best interest, CCG may release user information in compliance with law enforcement agencies.
Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from using our site and any associated services. These individuals are therefore not authorized to submit any private information to the system and CCG accepts no liability for such actions.

- No member has access to another member’s account
- No member can view the name of any other member
- Your contact information is NEVER sold or rented to a third party, non-Condev entity for marketing purposes.

Upon registering as a new CCG member, certain contact information such as your name, email address, and mailing address are collected. This serves as a starting point and is not intended to be a complete list of information that may be collected prior to your first investment with CCG.
CondevCapitalGroup.com
CondevCapitalGroup.com is an online service that allows accredited investors to view potential investment opportunities in Condev initiated or sponsored projects. While the general public may apply for membership, final membership is by invitation only.
Notification Emails
As part of the normal functions of the Condev Capital Group platform, we will send you emails regarding your investments with Condev. These are usually provided on a quarterly basis for ongoing investments and will never contain sensitive information. Any financial information will be sent via hard copy or posted to your password protected investor dashboard.
Other emails will be sent to notify members of new opportunities being offered on the CCG website. In either case, we try to keep these notifications to a minimum.
Tracking
As part of our efforts to provide better services to our members, CCG collects certain information related to the internet and your computer. In order for us to analyze trends and provide superior service to our users, CCG retrieves the web address (URL) of both the website that you visited directly before and directly after visiting our site. We also receive certain other information about your personal computer such as the unique IP address. CCG also follows a standard practice of using cookies and logs to analyze website usage. Cookies will not harm your computer in any way and can be deleted at any time.
Profile
Following registration, CCG members will be prompted to complete their member profile. The information in your profile can be edited at your discretion at any time.

You may make changes to your account and any associated preferences at any time. To request the deletion of your account, please contact us.
