chris gardner

Chris leads Condev’s land operations throughout Florida.  He has 20+ years of experience in real estate with focus on acquisition, entitlement, land sales and land development of residential and multi-family communities.  Chris has been responsible for the acquisition, development and disposition of more than 5,000 acres and 7,500 residential lots. 

andy gardner

Andy leads Condev’s financial and construction operations.  Since joining Condev in 2001, Andy has overseen the construction of 400+ single family homes and multi-family units.  His diverse experience in construction and development plays an integral role in Condev’s expertise in the entitlement and permitting processes.

bobby gardner

Bobby leads Condev’s commercial development and investment operations.  His experience spans a range of real estate law, finance and development; originally overseeing Condev’s former Broker/Dealer and finance operations in the early 1990’s.  Since then Bobby has utilized his legal and finance background in private legal practice, investment banking (special district underwriting and placement, landbanking), and public banking institutions (SVP / COO of national lease finance subsidiary).

Peter leads Condev Capital Group for investment and growth strategies through acquisition opportunities including sourcing, due diligence, contracting, funding and closing.  Prior to joining Condev in 2007, he spent 18 years in domestic and international project financing.  Peter's primary role is to help Condev’s investor partners merge their investment criteria with the long term strategies of the Company.
